Delete your Minvo account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, in the app or here on the web.

In the app

  1. Open Minvo on your Mac, iPhone or at minvo.ai/app.
  2. Go to Settings, then Data and privacy.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@minvo.ai from the email address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and everything in it: chats, projects, memory, files, images, videos and any unused credits. It is removed from our database straight away and from backups within 30 days. It cannot be undone. Anonymised cost records, and purchase records we must keep for tax, are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because Apple and Google bill it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings as well (see Support).
